Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

DeciBall is an app operated by Garra Labs ("we", "us"), the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

2. The short version

DeciBall works without an account. Shake mode runs entirely on your device. Quick Decide and Smart Decide send your question to our server so an AI model can answer it. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data stored only on your device

Your language, Quick credit balance, decision history, gut-check answers and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this data.

4. Data sent to our server

When you use Quick Decide or Smart Decide we receive the text of your question, your interview answers, options and importance weights, your app language, a random install ID and, if you subscribed, the anonymous purchase ID from RevenueCat.

We use this to generate the answer, enforce credits and fair-use limits and prevent abuse. Questions are processed by third-party AI model providers acting on our behalf, only to produce the answer.

Do not include names, contact details, health records or other sensitive information about yourself or others in your questions.

5. Improving DeciBall (optional)

If you turn on "Use my decisions to improve DeciBall" in Settings, we keep your questions, answers, verdicts, gut check and the option you chose to improve the interview and to train our own models. We remove names and contact details we detect before storing. This is off by default and you can turn it off at any time.

Without this consent, request logs are kept only as long as needed for security and abuse prevention (up to 30 days). With consent, improvement data is kept for up to 24 months.

6. Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your card details. RevenueCat, Inc. validates purchases and restores them on your devices; it receives an anonymous app user ID and transaction information.

7. Advertising (free version)

Free users can choose to watch rewarded ads from Google AdMob to earn Quick credits. Google may collect your advertising identifier, IP address, device information and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for consent through Google's consent tool; you can change it in Settings → Ad privacy options. Pro removes ads.

8. Your rights

Under the LGPD (Brazil), GDPR and similar laws you can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw consent. Delete everything on the device in Settings → Delete my data. For data on our server, e-mail us with your install ID (shown on request) and we will delete it.

9. Children

DeciBall is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes.
